Yogachraya Dr. Anchal Uppal is the Director of Bhaskar Yoga and Naturecure Centre , One of the best yoga centre and naturopathy hospital of Jaipur , India founded in year 2003.
He is Completely Dedicated to the Healing, Therapeutic and Spiritual Powers of Yoga Since last 18 years combining Traditional as well as Innovative Methods of Natural Treatments, with the basic aim to simplifying the Line of Treatment for the Commonest, the Severest and also the most Incurable of Ailments.

He is Professionally Equipped with the Various Systems Required for Complete Well Being such as Kriya Yoga, Meditation Techniques, Acupressure, Sujok Therapy , Basic Ayurveda, Color Therapy, Magneto Therapy, Naturopathy, Reiki & Crystal Healing, Herbal Remedies, Kitchen Remedies etc.

He Won the Gold Medal in Himalaya Yoga Olympaid in 2003  at Bangalore,  Ajmer University Topper in Diploma in Yogic Sciences and lead Rajasthan in Inter University Yoga Championship at National Level.

He is also Certified Acupressure Sujok Acupuncture Therapist (Moscow) . He is Specialized in Well Recognised Stress Management Technique SMET (Self Management in Excessive tension). Mindfullness, Meditation and Humor are Integral Aspect of his Teachings which brings an Integration of Body Alignment, Freedom of Mind, and Awareness of Spirit.
His Classes Combine a Sense of Fun and joy with an awareness of Alignment and Safety and his Teachings are Gentle and Nourishing.
